Biography

I was born in 1984 in Norwich and grew up in a creative household. My father was an artist and mother was a writer – surrounded by paint and books, I began drawing at an early age. It was an activity that came naturally to me.

I studied at Norwich University of the Arts (2002-2003) Central St Martins (2003-2004) and the University of West of England, graduating from their BA (Hons) Drawing & Applied Arts in 2008. In 2012, I was shortlisted for the East Anglian Artist Development Prize, awarded by the Anteros Arts Foundation. In 2013, I joined the Norwich 20 Group, a society of over 70 professional artists, who in 2019 celebrated their 75th anniversary. I then moved to London to work in PR, returning to Norfolk in 2020. I am now enjoying drawing again.

My work has been shown around the UK and internationally. I live in south Norfolk and am available for commissions, collaborations and exhibitions.
